The North Fontana Home Depot is a good store for the most part. Somewhat clean. Good people but very poor customer service are very few associates with knowledge on the products and services that they offer

Don't buy custom doors. Unless when your order comes they quickly leave them outside. So they can get water damaged. Who cares right?? They are paid for. Worst customer service DESI AND MIKE STORE MANAGER. Also if you buy appliances make sure they work before the installers leave. Or else your stuck with a broken appliance. And that's another headache you will have. Buyer beware. Home depot was and is a big let down.

I love the kindness of the staff, how they are never in too much of a rush to help, and they maintain good attitudes. It's neat to feel encouraged when you are doing a home project. They get our service, even over closer stores at times.

No one enforcing the mask mandate. Even some employees are not wearing a face covering correctly.

Obviously malfunctioning but not a Home Depot issue unless they are carrying a warranty on the unit.
By going to the service desk. Just make sure you have your ID and Debit/Credit card.
