Told me it would be a 30 min wait and literally the female told me “do we look like a vending machine” in front of other customers. Absolutely embarrassing and trash customer service. If you hate your job so much quit. Wish I remembered your name but your lack of help and annoyance added to my frustration. Resulting in going to another store local and actually get hooked up!

Been here a couple times this month alone and they’re always busy, but they try and do what they can to help. I’m especially impressed with Rudy, he is the definition of exceptional customer service. Very helpful. There is a bit of a wait when you arrive. They also do not have very many phones in stick, due to the shortage of everything. I would try and order online first. Everyone in there helped me get the best deal and will help you place your phone screen on.
