Ok...my experience was wonderful! I called ahead to ask if a red, white and blue wig would be possible. (I'd thought it'd be fun for the 4th of July) The response was, "Yes"! I was elated. I'd shared that I was a work and would probably be arriving just minutes before closing. The sales lady asked only if I could call before heading to the shop, as she was willing to wait for me! That's great customer service! I arrived at closing, and although my mind created a red, white & blue in one wig, I found she'd had all 3 in solid colors. Ok, well I could work a solid blue, or white or red. She offered to assist me in trying them on AT NO CHARGE.... (3.00??) Anyway, their entire store has an abundant selection of other wigs. Regular natural colors and amazing neon colors. And yes, some were over 200.00 others verrrrry reasonable! I bought 3 right on the spot! Under 121.00. The sales lady was a kind, helpful and friendly. And yes, she was Hispanic but what the hell difference would that make? To the complaining lady and her poor review up there ^^^^. I love this wig shop!!! And everything about my experience was great!

A lot of options and different pieces but very rude Hispanic lady with a thick accent unwilling to help and rude when I would ask questions. I have a disorder and need a wig and she was not patient at all
