Have been going to this location for years. I rarely have an appointment. Never have to wait more than 30 minutes. Always go around 8. I am a hard stick so they always take their time searching for a vein.

The 2 receptionist at the front desk had thee Rudest Service!!! What’s the point in being in health care if you have no empathy!! SMH WHATS THE POINT OF MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO WAIT FOR 2hrs!! SMH They Need to Do BETTER! Or find another job!

Everyone at this lab is super nice. They are busy and lines seem longer than usual but they have all precautions for COVID safety in place. I waited about 45 minutes after my appointment was originally scheduled, but the staff is very organized, kind and make everything flow as easy as possible.

The LabCorp tech Jodie was really nice and talked me through it because I absolutely cannot stand blood drawing and usually wind up almost fainting and crying. It always hurts and I always get a vein blown out. She had to do it twice since my first vein was going really slow and clotted the line and it hurt but wasn't the worst experience I've ever had. I really appreciate her being so kind to me and being professional. She also let me know if I have to come back to ask for her.
