Ordered my mom a Mother’s Day bundle and then paid an extra 29.99 to add flowers to be delivered and she only got the fruit bundle and balloons that I paid 89.99 for I just called the number twice and no answer.

Had a box of free choc covered strawberries given to me by the company. I wanted white choc, but the store told me I could only get the semi-sweet and I wanted the white choc.. Overall the strawberries were very good and the woman that took my order was nice. The reason I got the free box was because I ordered from them for my mother and they forgot the flower's that was suppose to come with the strawberries. Thank you Edible Arrangement's..

I had ordered a big fruit bouquet. It didn’t come as displayed on the pic, but the owner of the store, was very coperative & sent a chocolate strawberry platter, to compensate for it . I was very pleased with her customer service. Thank you.
