That should be easy for them...I've had them do some major work before, they can do pretty much any repair, and they are very very good at it
If you purchased the bike there and if they are open and if it is under warranty still, they will try to fix it immediately if they are not jammed and if it is a somewhat simple fix. I have purchased several bikes there and they stand behind them.
