I called asking to use $20.95 coupon for ANY large pie and a side of wings or (6) Mozzarella sticks. I wanted the grandma pie and boneless wings. The lady on the phone told me that the coupon was for a large regular pie only and bone in wings, not boneless. She told me I couldn't use it for the grandma pie because it was not a regular pie, it was considered gourmet. When it clearly is listed on the menu under their normal pizza options, not gourmet. The coupon is misleading and illegal if they don't honor it. I went ahead and ordered what I wanted anyway because she gave me the option to use the $3 off $30 coupon. After placing my order which was the grandma pie, a salad, a veggie stromboli and 12 boneless wings, it came to $57 and change. I called back and spoke to manager who didn't even give me his name, and he told me the computer won't let them do it. I gave up and shortly after my food arrived and discovered looking at the receipt that they didn't give me the $3 off coupon. Needless to say, I won't be coming back here due to the incompetence of the staff. Take your money elsewhere, their food honestly isn't worth the money and their Lacey location is worse.

Oh yeah I will definitely will be coming back. My partner and I got the veggie pizza, the zucchini sticks and the garlic knots they were amazing. We drove from DC 4hrs away for a funeral. I'm glad our Hungar directed us to "Pies on Nine"

Food was good but our server & big tall, large lady was really noisy and pushy. She thought she owned the place. She told us what to eat . Not sure what she is doing, but the other servers girls were better. Mind your own business and let use pick what to eat.

When we opened the pizzas they were all pooling to one side of the box. The driver needs to be careful while driving, revving his engine to speed down the street was more important than the pizza.
