Stevens Creek Hyundai was a pleasure to do business with in purchasing my new car. Amrit handled everything so efficiently and he actually takes the time to know his cars! Every single question I asked about the 2023 Hyundai Palisade's extra features & options he was able to answer and teach me how to use it all! He was basically a live version of the vehicles manual. Amazing! He was not one of those pushy salesman but very respectful. Mark, the finance manager was very efficient with all the electronic paperwork, made things very simple. Nice to have a dealership respect your time and made the entire transaction happen so quickly!

Had great experience at this dealership (Genesis). Johnny did an outstanding job by showing us available inventory, test drive, explaining vehicle's features etc. I did not feel being pushed. The dealer had really great selection of Genesis models. I was surprised how flexible they were to accommodate my special financial situation in order to drive desired car home.

Going to car dealerships can be dreadful, but Lou was great with answering all of our questions and being very personable (& great vibes only!!). Recently made a purchase here. The specialist Lou was very kind and welcoming. He explained all the features available and discussed all the rates openly. I can say I also made a purchase because of the attitude of Lou. The car was provided in excellent condition - washed, cleaned, polished and with full tank of gas. However, there is scope for improvement for the manager Billy. He was a very rude and even asked me to buy the car from Fremont Hyundai if they are providing a better price.
