I am super thankful for zips cleaners and tailoring they fixed a garment that I cannot replace and did a wonderful job I recommend paying five dollars for the expedited tailoring it’s well worth value they do a superb job. I am so happy I got my hoodie back I’ve already wearing it The stitch work was incredible almost better than the original and the cleaning was absolutely quick I can’t recommend this place enough it’s no wonder they’re so popular keep up the great work!

Few days ago, I visited them because this jacket has gotten a huge stain. I asked them to remove the mustard stain if possible and it came back like this. So I asked again and they told me that it cannot be removed and that they were sorry to make the stain bigger. This jacket is worth 400-500 dollar so they said they will tell the manager who was not at the store at the time and email me. However, I haven’t gotten any email yet and I had to email them two days ago but haven’t heard back.

Be kind to yourself & STAY AWAY! This place ruined my blazer dress & totally lies about everything. The dress didn’t have any stains first when I took it there, but after I picked it up I saw many weird brown stain on the top front and a few large blue stains which looked like chemicals. I was soooo shocked seeing what happened to my favorite dress and seeing stains which were not there before!! They claimed that the brown stains were foos or beverage and had not happened at their facility. Absolute lie!! I am sure their employees eat & drink while they are workonh on clothes, there is no other way this could happen. After follow ups, they could not remove the stains and I asked them to compensate me for the dress which they did but that dress is out of stock everywhere.. so sad. Terrible terrible service. DO NOT GO THERE. Pay a bit more and go somewhere legit, this place is horrible
