Found a Cadillac Escalade online I wanted to purchase and called the sales number. I was calling from San Diego and asked if a sales person could do a video tour of the truck for me. After a few hours someone finally sent me a video but of just the exterior. I asked for an interior video but he never sent it. After agreeing to purchase the vehicle the sales person by the name of Cody explained that there was a mandatory $2100 fee on top of the sales price. He said it's because they put on new tires and brakes in the truck. This felt really off. I called and spoke with a different sales person and he said it is completely optional "coverage" that I did not need to purchase. I ended up purchasing the truck through a different sales person because Cody was so dishonest. Though the other sales person truly lacked professionalism and made the sale feel very very transactional. Zero emotion. Overall it was not enjoyable to work this dealer. Felt like the typical "used car salesman" experience from the 1990's. Night and day transaction from when I purchased a Tesla last year.

Don't bother coming here! Lack of follow up. They don't care about customers. I never get a call back from this place my 2021 Cadillac needed a muffler change and after saying " they would call me when the aprt arrived" I FOLLOWED UP TO FIND OUT IT'S BEEN SITTING THERE THE WHOLE TME. Anytime I am told they "will call back" they never do. Find a more professional place!

Just go to the Cadilac dealership one city over. If you care about price based on my experience this dealership has almost twice the markup of near-by dealers. Also the sales people here are dishonest, pompous, and unprofessionally rude. He lied or maybe was uneducated on several options of the vehicles. Also he was attacking one of the vehicles we own a G-63 with a comparison to a Cadilac. Not the proper way to sell a vehicle. I think our main sales person was Cody. Save the time and shop somewhere else.

I got a new 2019 Buick Encore today. What a happy friendly team they have! Sonny and Ray in sales were so great, professional, kind and fun! Mike the manager was really nice. Shopping for a car can be painful. But surprisingly it was a very pleasant experience. They gave me a great deal and exceeded my expectations. Mr. Sass was super helpful in setting me up with all the tech stuff in my car. Thanks everyone at Suburban! I love my new car!

This is a map, you should call them on the phone. They did have phones in 1932 while not as common as not
Auto dealers are supposed to handle that not end users. Those things are EXPLOSIVE. End users and at home mechanics should not attempt to replace air bags especially defective air bags. Death and serious injury can easily happen if not handled properly. And if air bag improperly disposed of and someone else gets hurt. The cops will do everything they can to find and prosecute the owner.
