Always slow never enough employees for the amount of customers. Also they have the pre-paid contact pickup but you still have to take a number and wait.

Very unprofessional. Very rude customer behavior. They shipped my order without even any consent and I had to come in person to take care of it. Please I advise to everyone is not to depend on the staff and please confirm with them about your order. I had to come after a month so they can figure my order out. The staff member to cover herself, she lied right in front to the other coworker. Come on man atleast hide before you lie. Will never come to this optical department.

Service at Costco was prompt and professional.You take a number and get called up in order but one can make an appointment in advance. My optometrist, Paul Kwon was the best experience ever! He was quick but thorough and very knowledgeable. He asked me a few questions, made great practical suggestions regarding my eye health and taught me a little tidbit about vision change be age, in the process. All this was $94 flat . Impressive!
