First of all, they gave me the most comprehensive estimate plans of my 5-window, 1 door replacements project among a dozen contractors I contacted. Then, they followed up with answering all the questions I had in timely manner. They consistently picked up my calls and texted me back. I was very impressed by that. I was debating about replacing my windows and was shopping around for a company to do the job. By luck, I came across cal coast window and door. I’m so Thankful I went with them. The entire process was straightforward and their communication style is superb. I’m a huge germ freak and have newborns so I was worried about the dust and also having booties be worn during the project. Lorna was VERY communicative and made sure to communicate my concerns to Manny (my window replacement specialist). Lorna updated me every step of the way to make sure I was aware of what to expect and any changes. Manny and his crew showed up and got the job done much quicker than expected. Manny and his crew was super respectful of my concerns and made sure to tape off my baby room so that the debris didn’t affect them. They left my house (inside and outside) cleaner then before they came. I replaced all the windows and doors to my home and it was a big project. I would totally recommend Cal Coast Window and Door to anyone on the market looking. Ask for Lorna when you’re scheduling and ask for Manny when they are sending someone out to do your project. In October 2019, we finished a big project with Cal coast windows & doors, 2 floors, 15+ windows and sliding doors. We are satisfied with the cal coast team work from beginning to the end. Some highlights: 1. Rob, the owner, and Chris, the team member, gave us a thorough evaluation and best suggestions, also the best offer comparing to other window stores. I can feel their professionalism and sincerity to pursue best customer satisfactions. 2. Rob also made it possible to move our installation date ahead, to save us from suffering the upcoming rain seasons. We had a window fell off, so it's urgent. 3. The installer, Juan and Jose, did a fantastic job on the work. Swift, responsible, and great customer service. Very warm hearted, able to check the quality after the initial phase is done. And very good handyman to fix anything related to windows. Right now all windows and doors are working, and we can feel the difference immediately (our previous windows are 30 years old).
