If I could give 0 stars I would! This is the worst “hospital” you can go to, please stay away from this place! My grandmother has been here for weeks and all we have seen is negligence! She has an incision from surgery but it is infected due to them not cleaning her properly & also she had MAGGOTS coming out of her nose! There are flies in her room landing on her laying eggs while the nurses do nothing to keep her clean! We have asked for a transfer to a different hospital but they keep saying the person in charge of handling the transfers is busy, in a meeting, or will call us back. Neither has happened, we are desperate! This place needs to get shut down immediately!

This place is horrible they have u waiting in the waiting room for many hours with a lot of sick people they do have two waiting rooms and they close one so people are standing so not only that there sick they make us stand and when u go in to see the doctor they have u like in a Storage room for your exam with the doctor. And after waiting 6 hours to see the doctor they make wait almost 2 hours For your prescription. Also the security guard doesn’t know how to handle Situation properly the way he handled the situation when I was there it was pretty rough for us to see when were sick he should’ve took that person outside and started talking to him he was talking him in front us very poorly and Roughening him up in front of us Using foul language in front of kids not cool he should be fired

Still Remember years back when I was 13 when my appendix ruptured in my system my mother took me here as an emergency, they had us wait 3 hours while I was having pain just to tell us in the most insensitive way that I needed to go into surgery; 2 days after my surgery when I was alone sleeping in the middle of the night the doctors and some nurses came in and started removing my blankets and lifting my robe unexpectedly because my doctor didn’t care to ask if he could see my scar I awoke with such shock and started crying because I didn’t know what was happening and the nurses tried holding down my hands; that had to be one of the most traumatic/humiliating moments of my life. Learn to be Sensitive with your patients and Ask for Consent in the nicest ways.

If I could give this hospital 0 stars, then I would. I am from Boston, and as we all know, Boston has the top hospitals. So, when my aunt was taken by ambulance to this ratchet and ghetto hospital, I was stunned by the poor and horrendous service she was given. First, they had her in the emergency room for almost an hour and had not asked her about her medical history, which, if you know about hospital services, that should be one of the first questions. To say the least, after two hours of being there, they hadn’t changed her clothes into a hospital gown! Like what?!?! It took them almost two hours to finally give her medication. She was experiencing excruciating pain in her left shoulder and chest and is 75 years old. About three hours have passed, and not a test has been made on my aunt. What in the world is going on with this place. Are you guys just billing health insurance and not doing your jobs? Something needs to be done ASAP. This is unacceptable! This is an embarrassment to California; this is an embarrassment to the United States. How in the world is this low-quality hospital functioning with this type of service. This is mind-boggling to me! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL!!!! THEY HAVE THE WORST CNAs, LPNs, MAs, RNs, NPs, PAs, MDs, AND ANY OTHER MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL IN THIS HOSPITAL!!!!!!
