If you like being on hold for hours at a time only to be hung up on, boy do I have good news for you. In particular, I talked to one employee, Ray, who I want to give an extra shout out for being transferred to 3-times. And without fail, every time he would listen for about 10 seconds before saying "can you please hold" and promptly hang up on me. Save yourself the headache and frustration and go to a different store who values & respects your time.

Horrible customer service they give you nothing but the run around. And when trying to call in for answer got hung up on, called back then put on hold for days, then called back got some help from garden associate then was going to be transfered to pro desk and was hung up on. Then called back and again answered and put on hold then answered again and hung up on. Not very pro like is it. Please get and train your associates on better customer service dont just allow them to collect a paycheck. They represent your company and theyre are giving this branch a bad name. Please help service your customers to the best of your abilities.

Great experience. Salesperson was patient, polite and professional. He worked with his manager to match the clearance price from the manufacturer's web site and threw in free home delivery. Couldn't be happier.

Working with HD and Plamar partnership on kitchen countertop was the most time consuming and exhausting part of our renovation. Because they partner up on the service, none of them have the ownership and care about delivering the best customer experience. The price estimate was grossly off and they don't care to fix that. There was a $200 non-refundable even the price comes out to be so much higher but no one cares to tell you about it ahead of times. For your project sack, go for local shop where they would provide a much better experience with an even better price

Masks required to enter. Staffing to keep the line for registers spaced and people encouraged to use self checkout. Hand sanitizer available. Big space with lots of room to spread out but, like just about any store, once you're in line it can be difficult to maintain space from shoppers. Those moments near people are short though so less risky.

What I do is look on the web site. You want to pick your local store. You can ordering and have it shipped. Some. Items ship to the store. Others will go right to your home. The web will give the available shipping allowed for your order. You choose where it goes from the options shown.
