Storage place is fine, not big on the 10pm curfew they have in place . Not sure why have a daily time limit for when you’re allowed to access your stuff .

When you sign up, they will tell you something along the lines of 'you are subject to a rental increase with 30 days notice at any time'. For the unaware, let me tell you what that actually MEANS. Your rent will DOUBLE in four months. When you call to say, I will remove my items, sit them in a truck and re-initate the lease using the web price, OR we can come up with a more equitable arrangement, they say we have no interest in being sensible about this - go ahead and turn to the competition (which is RIGHT NEXT DOOR!!!). And, another small detail, if you have an interior unit in a non air conditioned part of the facility on the second floor, the elevator to get things up and down will be out of commission half of the time. DO NOT put things here unless you intend to take them out the same season, or I suspect they will continue to double the rents every 4 months until you are maxed out. Management here is initially friendly, but truly does not understand anything about client retention. Buyer beware...
