People smoking/on their phone out front/out back are on their 30 minute break and not on the clock. We do not have a break room here unfortunately. However, this dunkin is the best place I’ve worked. Great coworkers !!!

The girl that helped us was annoyed that we walked in to order instead of using the driveway thru. They allow in store. We wanted a dozen donuts, she rushed us and didn't go get another tray of donuts when she ran out. The tray of donuts was by the drive thru window. She smushed the donuts when she placed them in the box. Coffee was luke warm

Ive been coming in the morning because it’s the only Dunkin’ I pass... I’m at least a half hour away from this Dunkin and I have to order 20 minutes prior on the app because I know it takes forever to get my one or two items. They mess up an order, along with forget an item. Every time I come here, something is forgotten or wrong with the order. They seem careless here. I don’t even get a chance to correct it. I don’t know if it’s because of low staff or so much going on. I understand the mornings are hard and they are all over the place, but when no one is around and it still takes forever to get a drink, it makes no sense. I understand it is hard, but even before the pandemic they have been struggling. It shouldn’t take so long. The line for the drive through gets long and so I use the app to walk in...but even when I go in, I wait a little bit. When I come back out the line hasn’t moved. They are doing so much but so little. Update. I went again and their muffin isn’t even fully baked through
