Excellent service but can get busy

I was in there this past Friday due to my phone not working. Apparently 2 sales associates had called out sick that day and Ryan, the manager, was putting out fires when I walked in the door at exactly 10 am. I had to wait for a few other customers till It was my turn. I watched numerous people flustered and angry giving the manager Ryan a hard time. He kept his cool and helped these people to the best of his ability and went above and beyond for them despite their poor, angry attitudes and somewhat rudeness. Will 100% go back. Thank you Ryan!

I cannot say enough nice things about the service at your Mansfield Verizon store. Dan and Matt spent almost 3 hours with us on Saturday! They went over every plan option available to us, got us the best deal they could and even set up 5 phones and a watch for the whole family. I would recommend if you need any Verizon service please visit the store in Mansfield.

I had to replace my Verizon phone and the new phone would not connect to Android Auto in my truck. I had to go back to the store twice, but Eric, the manager at the Mansfield, MA. Store was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to correct the phone and this new phone works better with Android Auto than my old phone ever performed. I highly recommend this store based upon Eric's customer service!

Yes. We still carry several models of basic (flip-style) phones.
They let people in by appointment only. Masks, social distancing. But prefer you visit online or on Verizon.com to make purchases. They actually offer better deals online or over the phone than in person at their store as an incentive to avoid you going into the store.
It is a corporate store.
