DREADFUL store going to a different business to remedy anything is something I strongly advise. Since my laptop was no longer responding to my charger, I brought my laptop and charger in. On the day of giving it in tiktok Ken called me. There was a problem with my motherboard, and it could be repaired for $135. Naturally, when I learned that tiktok Ken had located the issue, I was delighted. A few days later, I return and pick up my PC with a fresh charger. I questioned tiktok Ken's coworker about my laptop because I thought it was odd that it appeared untouched. He exclaimed that that the motherboard and CPU needed to be replaced quickly and mumbledly. The charges, which totaled $146 and change, were paid. When I finally got back home, I took the back of my laptop off and started to feel SAD and DISGUST. THOSE PEOPLE DID NOT DO WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD DO TO MY LAPTOP. With the use of images taken both prior to and after the pickup of my laptop, I came to the conclusion that they just provided me a new charger. Please stop supporting this store before I finish this narrative. Anyway, when I shared my discoveries with others, they related tales of tiktok Ken doing the same roughly four years prior. Tiktok Ken remains the same. Informing tiktok Ken that he overcharged (Acer chargers typically cost $20), I made the decision to phone the store. The BOSS begins screaming at me, telling me how this has occurred before, being the ticking time bomb that he is. How can I sue him if I want to, considering that he regularly prevails in cases like this where customers claim he overcharged them? Given that I am speaking to the store's manager, I am startled. He was so quick to demonstrate how HORRIBLE he was. Remember, I never said the term "court" once. As I previously mentioned, I had before and after images, and THEY never even touched my PC. YOU overcharged me while giving me a new charger. He then inquired as to how I learned of this and why I bothered to go to the store. Sorry, but it doesn't seem like you're a computer shop. Since I simply want to alert Tiktok Ken of his alleged wrongdoings and my Bank was working for my money, I quickly end the call. TIKTOK KEN makes another call later in the day. The first call was sufficient. The outbursts from tiktok Ken are plenty for me. He asks properly, "Is it xyz?" as his response. Once I say yes, he begins to make his case. "Your laptop underwent a reversal polarity. The laptop was simply not turning on." My computer was running. He keeps on lying. "I merely wanted to calm your nerves." Tiktok Ken doesn't alter. I thanked him for the call and prompted him to say sorry for being so vile. Tiktok Ken is unable to alter his behavior. He stopped screaming and crying and explained how I had accused him of overcharging me and not fixing my laptop, as well as how he had a thousand other clients with the same name come in every day. I quickly disconnected from this immature grown man. One, you didn't have to make a follow-up call. I already said that my bank is aware of everything, and I'd be happy to send pictures. Two, I've only had my new charger for five days. Three Why do you keep calling me and yelling at me? TIKTOK KEN. In the end, I was able to get my money back less the fees the owner should have charged me at first. PLEASE AVOID VISITING THIS STORE AS OVERCHARGING CUSTOMERS IS A NORMAL OCCURRENCE. THE OWNER OF THIS STORE AND THE BUSINESS ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND NEGATIVE. Thank you and farewell!

Ken and staff were very knowledgeable and professional. The also got the job done right the very first attempt. Don't waste your money on self-proclaimed "nerds"

Accurately diagnosed and corrected the issues with my PC, upgraded the components as I requested, and allowed me to keep the damaged components that were removed. This was all done at a very reasonable price by friendly staff. I definitely see myself shopping here again at some point.Thank you for your kind review, please do visit us again
