The office staff are extremely friendly, professional and helpful. I arrive to my appointment and the wait is never more than 5 mins, Dr Volakos is always professional and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Love the staff in the Staten Island Office.

i LOVE the girls that work here. Every time i come in my wait time is never more than 15 minutes & every girl here is so attentive. They're always so welcoming when you walk in & are always helpful with anything i need. The girl at the front desk and the MA are always so sweet. Everyone that works there is always a pleasure to be around. Definitely recommend !

Got there on time. waited around 15 minutes. escorted to room to undress and put on paper robe. waited 10 minutes. Doctor came in. took off robe half way. looked at my back 2 seconds. told me to turn around. Looked at my front 2 seconds. didnt look at my scalp. didn't look at 90% of my body. was in the room for about 15 seconds and walked out and went to the next persons room. Total bill : $ 389.92 I've had dermatology examinations before. This was the fastest, most incomplete examination I've ever experienced. I left there feeling terrible. I waited for weeks to be spun around and rushed out of the office. Never use this place again.

Absolutely terrible. The waiting time was over two hours and another 30 mins in the waiting room with an open door while I watched another patient in a room across the hall get a some kind of procedure with a scalpel. Privacy much? And then my issue was brushed off and another was misdiagnosed. Dr. spent 5 mins with me. Would NOT recommend.
