Fantastic gym. The manager Pete is kind and an experienced bodybuilder, His knowledge regarding diet and exercise is top notch and he creates programs for both men and women. The environment is clean and well organized.

I originally started with a monthly membership before switching to personal training sessions. It was the best decision. Pete is an amazing trainer! He has a wealth of knowledge and makes the workouts fun and challenging. I would highly recommend his gym and services

This would be a great gym for you to join. I love the atmosphere. A lot of the other gyms are overrated. Plaza fitness is straight to the point..💪
