DON’T become a KP member. They can’t do even one thing right. My family and I have suffered due to their staff/doctors lack of knowledge and inferior service. Don’t jeopardize yours and your family health and don’t put life in the hands of such incompetent people. You will regret it.

the people who are security are very angry and say bad words to you. We need them to renew those people who are in security, we are paying for good service, but the security is garbage.. 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Open enrollment at work just took place. Thank God! These lost souls, such as PinocchioSusie, have no clue how the public perceives them. Zero clue. Zombies will follow however. Never once got an email from KP as stated below… pretty sure they have their patients mixed up. Come January I am gonna GTF ON with my life and find a doctor who can do their job. Who is Susie? What is with “again”? These people have no clue how many angry patients they have I am gonna guess. Kaiser is cheap for a reason. Pure evil. The doctors at Kaiser hate us. They do not properly treat their patients. Too many stories to share from too many ppl. I’m a victim as well and will never go back to them again.

Absolutely horrible Kaiser facility. They seemed disorganized and I had the worst experience with staff there. Condescendingly rude, uppity, unprofessional, and beyond disrespectful. I already have anxiety and mental disorders that I have to deal with every day and it makes it worse when someone who is suppose to be a medical professional just ends up traumatizing you. I filed a complaint and they don’t take complaints seriously at all. I never heard anything back. Very disappointing and disturbing experience. It is clear why Kaiser is loosing its “golden reputation.” I can’t believe they treat paying clients like this. For obvious reasons, I switched insurance and facilities.
