We are expats looking for a residence. After touring the Parc at Pruneyard, it just satisfies our requirements for a place to live in. The interior layouts of all rooms are modernized, neatly arranged to suit our needs. The outside garden gives fresh air to breath. The pool is a big bonus. The whole place is very clean inside and out. Best of all, the leasing consultants are exceptionally friendly and informative professionals.

I've lived here for 2 years. I love this apartment. Living here like relaxing in a resort every day. The courtyards are full of plants and flowers. The room is nice. It has air conditions/heaters in separate rooms; I think it works a lot. And there is a built-in water filter, and I can drink water from the refrigerator in my room. It's very convenient.

Parc is a beautiful and well maintained property! The leasing office staff is very responsive and always resolves any issues or concerns within a timely matter. Orlando as well as his team are amazing! I would 10/10 recommend living here if you are looking for a place that is within a walkable distance to grocery stores, restaurants, etc.

I recently toured the property with my friends and the experience was beyond fantastic!! They really made us feel like home and were very helpful with the application process from beginning to an end. The apartment and the community are top-notch. I love how spacious the kitchen is. Plus, the dog park is everything! It is so convenient to walk the dog during break time and doesn’t have to go too far from the apartment. I love the community here. The location, the amenities, the management team...Everything is great. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a new apartment. You won’t regret it.

Our fitness center is normally open 24-hours. However, it is currently only open during business hours by appointment. This is because we have to be able to monitor this indoor space. Our dog park. on the other hand, is open 24-hours given that it is a large outdoor space. We ask for our residents and guests to continue to follow the CDC's recommendations and practice social distancing.

Hi Prair, Great questions! We are offering in-person and virtual tours. Please contact our office at (408) 740-3835 to schedule a time to come and visit our wonderful community. Our Pool, Spa, Fitness Center, Small Dog Park, Large Dog Park, Pet Spa, Outdoor Kitchen, and Outdoor Fire Pit are all open for residents to reserve through a scheduling app called Amenity Pass. This makes it easy for residents to check available time slots for each amenity right from their computer or mobile device.
