The entire staff seems to truly care about each animal as if they were their own. Dr. Harden provides updates and advice each time. I trust them completely with my baby.

This place is the worst. Refused to give me a duplicate prescription card for my pet's prescription food, which they have on file. Just flat out refused because it was close to closing time. Computers on, everything working, just a little too close to closing time so no food for my pet. If you make the mistake of choosing this place as your vet, keep in mind that sooner or later you'll end up in the same spot because they just do. not. care. This is not a vet office, this is a corporate facade that happens to have veterinarians on staff.

These people are very rude. They called in that they have to cancel our appointment, just half an hour before it starts. When we asked about the reason, they lied "you dog is not fit for this appointment", without seeing our dog or anything. When we asked about the real reason, they said the doctor wants to cancel it. Sure, you want to get off early at Friday afternoon, but this is your job and you should stick to it. When we asked about another appointment, those people becomes increasingly rude and said they don't have solutions. If you cancel it, shouldn't you help to make another one? Anyway, they are not people with warm hearts. I will be shocked if anyone feel comfortable to leave pets with these people. The dog you treat like family, they treat like garbage. After all, they are rude people and not helpful at all. If the owner sees this comment, plz don't ask me to call you back: I already have and you treat me like and my dog like shxxt.

Worst experience ever!!!!! Rude, irresponsible and dishonest doctor and nurse!!!!!!! The doctor (Roshan) and the crew were super irresponsible and rude. We tried really hard and made an appointment for our dog, she had a wound on one of her toes. Right before the appointment, the vet called us and asked us to take our dog to the ER because the doctor has never seen our dog before and we are new patient, and the dog has a wound, she needs to see the ER instead. I did not believe as it did not make sense to me. If so, they should let use know at the first place when we made the appointment, we insisted to see the doctor. And then the nurse Kayla admitted that it's because the doctor's feeling uncomfortable and not able to make it for the appointment. This is really upsetting to me, the doctor and the crew should have been honest at the first place to the customer instead of lying and making excuses. We then asked to see if there's anything they can do to make up for their mistake. They asked us to send our dog to the ER and refused to pay for the ER. When asked for another solution rather than going to the ER due to expensive cost, the crew said going to the ER is the only way. We could not go to the ER due to their mistake. And the nurse hang up the phone and refused to pick up the phone no matter how hard we tried to call them. We just need them to fix the problem caused by their crew/team. This is the worst place I have ever seen. I need to reveal them to the public.

Yes. Many of our veterinarians treat exotic animals and small mammals. Contact the Campbell Banfield Pet Hospital to find out if they are equipped to treat your snake or with any questions or concerns you have about snake care.
No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
