I called beforehand, and was determined to get checked out. Arrived at 6:50pm and didn’t see the doctor until 8:50pm. I was checked in immediately and was told appointments were given priority, though calling ahead I was still considered a walk in. The doctor was very thorough and appreciated her work, but everything else was done incredibly poorly. The receptionist would ask repeatedly questions that I had just filled out while signing in. All in all would not come back to this location.

My boyfriend came in for an asthma attack that wasn't going away at home. The doctor and nurse were AMAZING! So sweet and treated him right away, he left feeling 100%! However, the girl working the front desk was VERY rude from the minute we walked in. I witnessed her being incredibly rude to another patient as well for no reason at all, all she did was ask if she had an idea how much longer the wait would be. The wonderful doctor and nurse definitely made up for it but the girl at the front desk needs to work on how she speaks to patients.

From the moment you walk in the door the girls at the desk are friendly and address you right away. The waiting room is always clean . My appointment was right on time. The PA was great and explained to me what to do for my particular problem. She ordered me what I needed and I left feeling good that what I have will get better. I’ve been going there for years and never had an issue. Bless all of the staff there for their Patience in these crazy times.

I usually go to the Doctor's Office in Paramus but since they make you wait in your car in their parking lot and attend to you there, I decided to come to this urgent care instead. I came yesterday at 2:30 PM but was told no more walk-ins and to come back at 7:30 today. I came around 10 and made an appointment by scanning the QR code that the receptionist provided me with. She told me to pick any time after 12, so I selected an appointment for 12:10 PM. I showed up at that time and provided my ID and insurance card and was asked to wait. I waited until about 2:30 before being seen. That's not bad considering ALL the urgent cares around are super busy with everyone getting COVID testing. Be prepared to wait. Given the circumstances, I think everything here is being handled very well. Also you cannot make appointments more than one day in advance.

We do perform occupational physicals for a variety of job types. We have xrays, EKG on site and can draw labs to be sent for processing.
