On July 25, I ordered an Atomos Ninja V+ on their website, as there was a listing for one being available. Later in the morning, I received a call stating that this item was out of stock, and I asked to downgrade to the Ninja V, as I had an immediate need for a monitor and I had no issue doing so. At this point, they provided exemplary service and I was appreciate of their efforts. The issue arose when my item did not arrive in 2-3 days, as I specifically paid more to receive it faster since I was at an event far from home. The item did not arrive on time, and I never received any follow-up from the company on what happened. Because of this, I filed a dispute with my credit card company the next week and received a call from Wholesale Photo in the middle of August. They left a message, but did not respond to my follow-up request. As such, my credit card dispute was declined a little over a month later. On September 2, I received an e-mail stating that my package has shipped, nearly six weeks after I placed the order. I understand that times have been tough for small businesses, but there is no excuse to take this long to ship someone an item after stating that an item is in stock.

I would give these guys no stars if I could. Bought a DJI Osmo Pocket from them via Amazon. Returned it due to it being defective. Tried calling them but no one answers. Tried ALL DEPARTMENTS and their voicemails are either not set up or are full. They never called me back. Keep playing email tag with these guys and they keep telling me they're still researching per Misty. I dont know how long it takes to research that something is broken but this is my last time I'm going to shop with them as soon as I get my refund. Took them a month to come to a conclusion that nothing was wrong with the camera after testing it which I'm sure they didn't. They sent my broken DJI back and didnt even bother sending me a tracking number. Poor Communication from these guys and they need to get their act together over there.

Hi Amy, Any camera purchased in the store may be returned for up to 2 weeks for a refund as long as it is unused and returned in the same condiction as received. On-Line purchases do not apply. Thanks
