First time here wih a brand new chainsaw that i couldnt start...troubleshooted it and gave me a lesson about flooding the saw...wouldnt take any money so i bought an extea chain...will never go anywhere else and drove a bit to get there...Thanks again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So helpful! The staff are super knowledgeable and eager to help. Unlike big box stores, small ones like this actually care if you come back, so they go out of their way to help you. Support local small businesses like this to let them help us. I needed lawn mower replacement parts and first came to Lowes. Lowes, whose website said they have 9 parts in stock, actually had zero at the store. The Lowes employee couldn’t tell a difference between an oil filter and a gas cap. I left after wasting 45min of my time. I called Sharp Shop. Told Josh the mower model I own, and he found the parts for my specific model right away. I came in and was greeted by a girl and an older gentleman, both of whom were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I came out with the correct parts after 4min. What a difference! I love this shop. “Sharp” is an understatement! Thank you. Please keep up the great work.
