I recently had Wall Inspections do an inspection for a property that I bought. Let me tell you - David was awesome. During the entire inspection, he was super-thorough, and super-clear in explaining everything he saw. Not only did he point out the issues that he saw, he explained thoroughly and clearly how each issue (big or small) should be resolved. As a first-time homeowner, it can be overwhelming trying to understand what's needed to get a house in good shape. But it was definitely made much easier by working with someone like David. Regarding the actual report, it was very easy to absorb and go through, with the last pages of the report containing a summary of the items that need to be addressed. That made it really easy to communicate a synopsis of what the seller needed to address. Oh, and at the end of the real estate transaction, David came back to do a follow-up inspection, on one day's notice (more like the evening before), and he didn't charge. Talk about customer service! I originally had called 4-5 different home inspection companies, and in the end chose Wall, because their sample report looked easy to digest, and based on their Yelp reviews, it seemed everyone else had positive experiences. They met all my expectations and then some. I've definitely bookmarked these guys whenever I need an inspection done.

Dave from Wall Inspections was great. He came on time, was professional, and best of all, knew his trade. From building codes to advice on simple repairs, they were outstanding. He even found a broken truss in my attic, allowing me to fix it before it became an issue. They came back on a separate occasion to advise on some drywall damage. Wonderful customer care. I cannot recommend them enough.
