Poor choice to move to! I lived there previously,but, it's run down,crowded,and,is very Expensive when you factor in Propane Costs and Electricity is at a higher rate than a home!

Do you guys have empty lots I’m looking to be buying my own camper soon and will need a place to park and I’m looking around to see what my options are

I know my monthly spot lease for my 33 foot trailer is $525. This includes water/sewer. We had to pay a security deposit up front of one month, and an application/credit check fee. You have to pay for electric, and, of course, cable/internet/phone if so desired. (And propane on your unit, of course.) I hope this helps at least give you a ball park estimate. Since yours is longer, I'm not sure if you'll need a bigger spot and thus a bigger charge, or if all of the charges are uniform rate. If you call for more info, don't be afraid to leave a message! The owner usually screens the calls, and he either will pick up mid message or call you back shortly after.
