Been with this gym for 8 months. It has gone downhill since day one. I want to go to the gym to workout and not worry about having to search for free weights for minutes on end. People are sitting at benches with 5 sets of free weights. Do people know how gyms work? I always put my weights back. They’re scattered everywhere, and the women trainers are running to put them back. Where the guys at? The place is completely packed with guests. There’s probably more guests than paying members. Half the people in the gym are from New York. You go into the gym at 5am and there’s garbage all over the locker rooms. The floors aren’t mopped. The sauna is stained with sweat and water residue. It’s foul. People break the sauna all the time. No one cares because management doesn’t care. Most employees are cool, which is nice, but They only care about getting you into the membership, everything after that.. who cares. They make all this money.. put it back into the gym !!! Trash people = Trash gym and I won’t be going for much longer.

Niyah was amazing today, she treated me and my partner with care and welcomed us to la fitness. This is our first time in a gym since the pandemic and were so excited to get started. Lovely gym and staff.

Jasmine signed me up the first day I came in for a free trial and I felt extremely comfortable and well educated being toured around the gym. She explained to me where everything is and what services they provide and I couldn’t have asked for a better tour! This gym is beautiful and has so many different kinds of machines, definitely gonna love coming here !
