If I could leave no stars I would. I made an appointment for 5:00pm. I didn’t get seen until 8:05pm. When they close at 8:00pm. The doctor that came in was rude. She didn’t offer any apologies about me waiting so long and was with me for maybe three minutes. Other patients were walking around waiting for results from rapid Covid tests. Coughing and spreading their Germs as they made them wait. The one man said he was there over three hours waiting on his results too. Awful!

I made my appointment online for 12:15 pm. When I arrived, I expected there might be a wait and was told it would be 30-45 minutes, but I didn’t get seen until after 3:15 because they only had 1 PA seeing people that day. The office staff did their best to be reassuring and accommodating but I may as well go to the ER next time if wait times are going to be that long.

Very pleasant staff. Sat and waiting a little over an hour to get into a room where I waiting another 30 min or so. Was poked and prodded a bit, got 3 X-Rays by a lovely tech who was also very nice. Went back to the room to sit again for another 30 to receive inconclusive results and was told to call them to see if they eventually find anything...

What a wonderfully easy way to get medical care! Easily booked an appointment online early in the morning when I didn't feel well. Got an appointment for earlier that day and they called in an antibiotic. Staff was very pleasant and the doctor was really nice. In-and-out in under half an hour.
