Recently took my IS300 to instal a bike hitch and I have to say that the customer service provided by Cecil was amazing. Although my hitch was designed for my 2019, there were some minor adjustments that were needed due to the tight spacing... Cecil made sure to do his craft with care... I’m grateful for his service and we are lucky to have his services... if you have an IS300... only go to Eyers for professional service and treatment.... thank you Cecil

Professional and really nice people! Be aware that you need to make sure they'll order the exact hitch that you need for your car. Unfortunately, my first appointment did not go as a wrong hitch has arrived! 5 STARS since they did a really good job and the mistake with the part is due to my car is AWD. Cecil, his son and his grandson will make sure you're happy! They were able to program the module as well and saved me $400+.

I don’t see any of my vendors making a hitch for your Lexus, which usually means there is no frame in the rear that a hitch can attach to providing the necessary structural support to tow or carry anything. If you are looking to carry bikes you may find other options for carriers like roof racks, trunk racks etc. I do not carry those types of racks, but you can probably find them online. Thanks.
