Dropped off my car for diagnosis noise. Replaced couple of thing in reasonable price and picked up my car by the end of the day. One thing I like is they communicate with customer for what it need to be fix and not trying to sell unnecessary service to customers. I strongly recommend Quality Tune Up @ Milpitas and will come back for auto service in the future.

Called in early in the morning, and they had availability. Went in for an engine oil change and smog check. Harpreet who was managing the front was welcoming and very helpful. There were quite a few guests coming in and out during my wait time, and he kept everyone up-to-date and was attentive when they came in. I stayed in the guest waiting area while my car was being serviced - about 1.5 hours. Wifi was provided. Will be back in the future, and glad to finally find a local car care center that I had a pleasant experience with. Thank you!

Appreciate the Service Agent customer service attitude he was very professional. He provided an ETA of 45 minutes which was completed in less than 40 minutes. In addition, I appreciate how he explained the upcoming maintenance that will be needed on my vehicle.
