They have been very helpful to me with refills for my tank. The receptionist can be brusque, but the manager is great. He helped me get a dip tube installed in my tank, offered helpful advice to get better refills on my soda stream canisters, and made sure everything went smoothly for my refill, including getting the filled tank loaded in my van. If you are refilling your own tank, the prices are also quite good.

They do it all. You can rent a tank for them and swap tanks when emlty for refill charge or you can bring your tank in and have it refilled.
You're probably best off calling them rather than asking in this forum, which is generally more for asking questions from other customers
