I highly recommend Tires Unlimited / Stress-Free Auto Care shop! I talked to two other stores about replacing my flat tire. They were not interested in my needs/situation. Instead, they wanted to sell me what they have. I also called my car dealer, but they never returned my call. Luckily a friend referred Tires Unlimited to me. The service adviser listened to my needs, wrote down my concerns about other non-tire related issues. He introduced various types of tires, explained the differences between those tires. Then ordered the tire I wanted, made an appointment the next day to install it. I didn't mention any names here because everyone in the shop was friendly and helpful. They also checked on the items I have concerns with, even provided me with a report. I was pleasantly surprised, no more stress! Thank you all!

Staff is very friendly, helpful and responds quickly. They text updates to keep you informed every step of the way during the inspection and any areas needing attention. Overall a great experience and would recommend. Price was a little higher than I anticipated due to adding a change of an air filter but it was needed. Thank you, stress free auto for making this one less thing on my plate to worry about.

I got a flat tire on Easter day on my way out of town. Stress Free took my car in right away. My car was ready to go faster than I expected. I really appreciated the friendly service, and the shop itself is a very comfortable and well designed place to wait. I will definitely return! The price of my repair was very fair!
