I contacted Erin Seager and was set up on very short notice with a perfectly outfitted private office for the day. The space was modern, ultra clean, nicely decorated and 100% professional in every way. Technology worked as expected and needed and I had a fantastic experience. Yes! We have a large, free, well-lit parking lot on the backside of our building at 8101 College Blvd. You can access the lobby 2 ways--either by the short flight of stairs into the lobby or via the ADA door up a short sidewalk from the west side of the building.
Our private offices are a turnkey solution for your business needs All our offices include professional office furniture (desk, locked rolling file cabinet, executive chair, guest chair, VOIP polycom phone and trashcan). You will have secure WiFi and ethernet connection, Additionally, you receive a professional business address, private mailbox and mail/package reception. We have a full-time Business Center Manager staffing the reception desk M-F from 8:30am-4:30pm.
Coworking is a shared center where people of different companies share common areas, such as meeting rooms, cafe and open hot desk spaces. There is also the option for private offices. Compared to traditional office space, there is a community of business professionals and the headaches and costs of setting an running an office is greatly reduced.
No. Guests (who are not members) are welcome to rent a meeting from from 15 minutes to weeks We have 4 meetings rooms of different sizes. Our members receive a discounted rater, so if you want to use our meeting rooms often, ask about our membership plans. Additionally, we offer day offices on demand as well for those times you don't need a whole meeting room.
