This place was unable to help me with my pet needs.. but the lady that answered my call was very helpful and even directed me to another animal hospital that could help. Thank you so much

Came to them for 11th hour health certification and paperwork for my two Guinea Pigs. Staff were extremely friendly and caring towards my pets, and were extremely knowledgeable about the complex process of bringing pets overseas. They are very communicative and addressed all my concerns, and clearly prioritize the well being of their animal patients and the experience of their customers.

I feel very confident bringing my anxious cat here. The staff have all been very kind, informative, and patient. I appreciate that they take the time to explain services and their estimated costs up front, so I know exactly what to expect from each appointment. Their prices are very reasonable as well. They were even able to squeeze me in for an appointment today on short notice due to my own scheduling mistake. Thank you Cayuga Pet Hospital!

I've taken my cat here twice and had really positive experiences. Dr. Bonnie and Ariel have been great. It feels good knowing they really care about your companion animal. They look out for people too by using safe covid protocols.
