I bought a refrigerator a year ago and bought the master plan. Now I need a repair and this store said to call them. Not just this time but over the last few years you will find that they do NOT answer the phone. The mail box is always full. I guess they expect you to drive there. I had to make several calls to different Sears numbers before I found someone to handle my claim. Then I'm told I may have to pay something. I made several other Sears calls and told I would not have to pay anything. Not sure what will happen. Not answering the phone and making me drive 45min to get there to ask a questions , no would not recommend buying anything there.
