The association isn't very considerate of its tenants and will try to scrape out as much money as possible. They are very secretive about their policies and then will charge you under your nose without consideration for circumstances. There are much better places to live for the price.

The food is so good and also the subs, I could go on and on, you need to check it out yourself, and you will go back again and again. Also, The staff is awesome, Ben and his family are so good to me and I as if yet gotten to meet Tammy but I speak to her on the phone slot, and she has to be awesome because I have a daughter named Tammyjean (Tami) and my daughters are awesome. I love my community, have been here 3 years. I am lucky as I have great neighbors. Love our maintenance guys but not the management company Action Management ugh. Hope in the new year we can get rid of them and bring Kevin back. I don't like that some of the renters dont have respect for the community and disregard the rules and don't clean up after themselves. I am an owner who actually lives here. Love my condo!!!
