I was referred to Cremoland by one of my friend who owns a convenience store. I was referred to Greg Greca who is the sales person who handles opening accounts. In April I contacted him spoke to him about opening the account. He told me their minimum order is $200 per week and I said no problem. He asked for my store information and license. Sent over all information. Cremoland does service my area. Then the runaround started for about a month. After a month no more communication from Greg. I reached out again few months later. Again same thing. I spoke with several departments including HR, customer service and nothing but being talked down to like my business is not worthy of them opening account. Today I spoke a lady who tells me now the minimum is $500 and told me I am probably not going to make it and there is nothing she can do and have a nice day. What happened to customer service? What happened to appreciating customers wanting to do business with mfc? I suppose mfc only wants to support big corporations and not small women owned businesses. I asked the lady about the owners information oh they don’t come to the office and they are not here. I would not recommend this company to any woman owned businesses and small businesses. I felt so discriminated against .

So out of all the customer service i have ever received in my life.... from airports, to restaurants... from DMV to Police stops.... Cream-O-Land has provided me with the #1 worst level of customer service i have ever received. Congratulations guys, you're #1 at something.
