Walked in for a manicure and pedicure last week Friday about 3:30. Wasn’t even greeted, I was asked what I wanted, I answered and was told to come back another day. Got it 🙄 I’ll never attempt again.

It was a BAD experience at Vogue Nails. All my nails (dip powder nails)were clipped uneven and lasted for one week Only.

Went in for an appointment I booked at 11. Another lady walked in at the same time without an appointment and was taken over me, I had to wait 20 minutes to get my nails done which we’re done so poorly. I asked for them to be shorter and she refused to cut them, they were chunky and uneven lengths, so overpriced and poor customer service.

My gel nails were VERY poorly done. The drilling was done very rushed (nobody additional waiting in the salon) and the drill got hot. Many of the nails were not filed well. The polish is not smooth and polish was missed on the sides of a couple nails. I believe the owner did them. Disappointed to have actually paid for such a poor job. Four nails have cracked and it's been less than 24hrs. I feel like I can peel the polish off (although I won't until I get back in town). If you don't love doing the work, please leave it to the techs who actually try and want to do a good job for their clients.
