I have lived here for 3 years and love this place! Great location for a tenant seeking peace and quiet. Short drive to grocery stores and shopping. And the staff is amazing. Robyn and her staff have never hesitated to help me when I needed something. I highly recommend this place!

Manlius Academy is a Great Place to call Home. The staff is amazing. Robin in the leasing office goes above and beyond to help tenants. Properties are excellent maintained. Great environment for families. Everything is conveniently located within a few miles. I would highly recommend if your looking for a place to call Home Manlius Academy is the place for you!
