Before we started shopping the fall 50% off sale, I asked the manager some questions to be sure what's what. I had to call him multiple times and he was not happy to assist, which led to him giving false information and us thinking we were overcharged, when in fact the manager knew certain things weren't part of the sale and failed to give me that information until we got to the register with our baskets confused. I only gave 3 stars because of how helpful the young man who checked us out was. Had he been the manager, surely, the store would be much better.Thanks for your feedback, Angel. I was looking for a specific product at this store on 7/11 in the AM and could not locate it. The staff was really helpful and went above and beyond to help me find what I needed. This store is going through a make over and its looking great. The pharmacists are nice and helpful. It is also very clean. Only downside is the pharmacy sometimes seems to not have everything in stock and it takes a coule days to get it. Overall a great Rite Aid.
