We door dashed last night. They forgot our shakes and fry sauce. The fries were so salty, they were inedible, yet the burgers had zero seasoning. A very disappointing experience from a former family favorite.

I love this place you can’t tell me there’s a better burger place that I have found been eating here for 4 years and haven’t found a better burger spot

Burgers were pink and cold, not cooked all the way. Customer service treated us like we were an inconvienance. I regret even leaving a tip but they ask for a tip before any service is provided (whi ch is minimal). Lastly they have a sign taped to the counter that says don't complain and if you can do better they are hiring. Not professional.
