I asked bro to trim my dead ends and he cut almost an 1 1/2 off. Asked for a fade on the sides w a 1 at the shortest n he gave me a 1 all the way around. Told me he been cutting hair for 22 years I call bs😭 don’t waste ur time and money go elsewhere

Edit to previous review... The place has only gotten worse. I went there when the place first opened and the service was good. I moved for about a year and came back to the area and the place has gone downhill. I've been there three times since moving back to CNY. Each time I make an appointment I arrive when told to but have to wait 30-40 past my appointment. My hair/beard have been rushed and uneven. It used to be a relaxed experience. Basic customer service is gone.

Woman who runs the operation I believe her name is Rebecca is beyond unprofessional, her child is always running around the salon most days and other times she is too busy on the phone to just cut hair. Has to keep stopping to go to her purse for info or go to the back to have a private conversation leaving customers in the chair for 20-25 mins while other customers pile up in the lobby waiting to be checked in because she is unfortunately the only one there. Walked out with half my head shaved because I was waiting in the chair for almost half an hour while she was on the phone. Went to another barber to finish and as I'm explaining my weird look I mention the name Whisky Jack's I get "Ahhh yes say no more, we get a lot of their customers because of how bad they are" Will not be going back EVER!
