When using the online chat…be clear on what your looking for or need before making the trip. I needed to replace a laptop battery and the online chat scheduled me an appointment - I was clear I needed to replace a battery for a laptop. What a waste of time! Jesus calm me now…🙏

I purchased a dishwasher and cook top from Best Buy. The purchase went smoothly and the sales help very helpful. However I will never purchase their extended warranty again. My dishwasher broke so I called Best Buy, service tech came out, said I needed a part and I have not seen him since. 5 weeks have passed and still no repair! The company they use A & E Factory service is a joke. When you call you get messages that tell you to check status on line. The problem is you need an order number to do this which I was never given. If you purchase appliances from Best Buy opt to get extended service from the manufacturer.

We went in around 1pm. The staff are really nice. Everyone was kind and greeted us with a smile. We came in to trade in our old Surface 4 Pro and get a new laptop. We got $150 store credit for it, the process took about 15 minutes just because they couldn’t find the exact model we had. When we went over to buy the new laptop, the guy helping us wasn’t pushy about trying to sell us other or more items. He was very informative and got us what we needed pretty fast. The buying process took no more than 10 minutes. There were no lines so we were not worried about other errands we had to run after.

I usually go to the Otay Ranch location and they help me there at curbside pickup to answer any questions. To make purchases, I am also able to walk up to the door and they can sell me the product that I want, hassle free. I've never encountered a problem there and they are always more than happy to help.
Elizabeth, not sure who your internet provided is, but they have equipment cheaper & they will help you set up & trouble shoot, they will not help with Best Buy's with fi extenders
