All the staff members here are so nice and helpful! EXCEPT Tyler. He talked to the other employees in such a rude way, it made me uncomfortable. And he tried to get me to pay twice, claiming their system didn’t show my transaction even though it showed on my bank statement. He said I would have to pay again and call my bank to dispute the other charge. Then a few mins later they gave me my receipt and said the charge actually did go through and Jonny apologized. Tyler never came back out to apologize or say it was a mistake. But anyway, everyone here is super nice, knowledgeable, and quick! I just didn’t appreciate Tyler’s attitude.

Every jl.i have visited for oil change and any other service has been a great experience. I go to the one on palm Avenue in san Diego. I really recommend them. They are super friendly and helpful.
