Help 911!!! We have always been happy with service.We are a regular customers at the Olathe store. I brought my daughter’s dress in earlier this week for cleaning. Her Cheer Ball is TONIGHT Sunday evening. I did not realize Sunday was a closed day. Is there any one at the store on Sunday that I could somehow pick up her dress??? She will be heartbroken. I realize I made the big mistake of assuming Sunday you had hours. We have an account on file. Any help SO appreciated

I have been a faithful weekly customer of this cleaners for years. Even after a mishap of ink pens ruining two pairs of my pants they made it right. I started using this cleaner when I worked down the street. After moving jobs I still continued to drive across town to use their service, mainly because of the great customer service from Kimmel. Unfortunately this business recently sold as Gary retired. The new owner put in new equipment the day before I left my pants to be cleaned. Needless to say they look horrible and one pair of my pants looked terrible and had a tag on them stating sorry, we did all we could do. Really??? They were only a couple months old and had always come back from the cleaners looking like new...until yesterday. The new owner, Alex, has NO customer service skills and did nothing to make this right. He wanted to keep trying to clean them but they were already ruined. I asked him to simply replace the pants as I had already went to the store today and replaced them. Luckily they were half off. He said I shouldn’t have gone out and bought more pants as he had not instructed me to. Who is he to tell me if I can purchase new pants or not???!!!!! He ended up telling me to get out and take my business elsewhere. I had already made up my mind to do so. If this is how he is going to run this business then he will not last long. He is also raising the prices.

Took my wedding dress in and when I went in to pick it up my belt was missing. Was told I needed to bring in the receipt and I would be compensated. After giving them a written letter from my wedding dress shop I was told they would call when a check was ready. After I made multiple calls, I was told it was not ready but they would remind the manager. After over a month I went in to talk with owner who’s first words to me were they don’t replace the costs of belts. I felt like I had gotten a complete run around and waste of my time of calling and getting a receipt if that was their policy. Only after having a meltdown did he compensate for a portion of the wedding belt. Take your wedding dress elsewhere to be cleaned or it may not come back in the same condition you dropped it off!!!
