The doctor and clinical support staff are fantastic, but it is a nightmare trying to have the clerical side share records with outside providers. Once I let them know that I was having a problem with their records department, the staff went out of their way to track things down and help me get what I needed.

Dr. Hammock has been the most caring, kind, patient helpful provider I have ever had! He listens to me and has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions! I never feel rushed or like I have left with questions or was upset. I would recommend him to any of my loved ones I can honestly say that I really trust him and his opinion! Absolutely amazing 👏

Have been trying to get in to see st joes physicians as a new patient with absolutely no issues to establish care since July of 2019! Today on our 5th reschedule, the office staff “wanted to get out of there” because of the snow and told us if we couldn’t come in early then we would have to reschedule. The new date is the middle of March- that’s 8 months waiting for a new patient appointment. Ridiculous.

I called because I hadn’t heard about my blood test results for an enlarged thyroid (which could be potentially fatal for my developing baby) and they closed their practice 2 hours early for a Christmas party. I have never heard of a professional business schedule a Christmas party that interferes with their business hours. Extremely unprofessional. If they call me on Monday, it will have been five days I’ve waited to hear my results. Instead of dreading a possible second miscarriage (I have never had a successful pregnancy), I could be actively taking something or doing something to prevent another tragedy. But I have to wait...because of their party. I have considered that maybe it is not serious and they felt it was safe to wait over the weekend, but if it turns out to be even remotely serious I will promptly find another practice.
