I have a recall for my airbag on my GLK250. I called to set up an appointment to get fixed, an the person on the phone wasn’t kind, professional and with a bad attitude. She just ask for my phone number and she was about to end the call very quick and I ask her if they have coolant available for my Mercedes too as well before cut the call.She forwarded me to the parts department and after 3-5 mints nobody answered the phone, she take off the hold and told me that they are very busy with a repugnant tone and unkind, ending the call fast and with attitude.

The service sometime costs too high and doesn't fix the issues every time. I have to spend $3000- $5000 every year for all the service is required Sometime the price is just too high to afford. Sometimes the part replacement came right after the warranty expired. I was stopped by a policeman 2 days after my vehicle inspection, the policeman told me my headlight didn't work properly. That was right after the inspection and service A. I also had the coolant leak after the service. It costs about $1500 to fix it. I have to choose different place to fix that with a hose replacement which cost me $100 But the service reps is very professional.

A $500 repair suddenly turned into an $1800 one when the dealership blew out my power steering pump ($1300) during testing of my new power steering hose. At no point was it ever explained to me that this could have happened and if it would’ve been explained to me then I would have said absolutely not I don’t want any service done. The lack of communication between myself and the service department, specifically Peter, was the main reason for this episode happening. The service department is one of the most difficult departments to get a hold of and getting any kind of status update about your car is damn near impossible. I sent my car to Mercedes of Syracuse specifically was because I have a brake booster recall on my car and I wanted to check. So I decided to have them look at the power steering hose while it was there because you know it’s a Mercedes dealership so they should be able to fix anything right. Never again. I didn’t want to spend an enormous amount of money fixing my car because I was intending on leasing a new Mercedes in the next few weeks. I will never ever ever own another Mercedes because of the way this dealership handled me and failed to communicate with me. Being that they are the only dealership around I would have no choice but to take a new Mercedes there for service and under no circumstances would I ever want to deal with this dealership again. The tow truck driver who returned my car to my house said he has taken a bunch of cars out of there for this very same reason. Avoid at all costs.
