The Iron House is open 24/7/365 to members. If you don't have a membership, you need to go after 9'00 AM and before 9:00 PM when someone is working at the desk in the front.
Yes they offer classes some are free others have additional pricing, they also have personal training options.
The doors require your key card to unlock, but usually if you knock someone inside will either open the door for you or if staff is at the desk, they'll ring you in.
You can pay either way
I believe there is a military discount. Other benefits is it's a legit gym. If your going to work out this is the place to go. Have all the right equipment. Owner works out there as well. Really good guy. They have your typical protein bar selections and BCAAs or protein drinks. Its 24hr as well
